“His beard alone has experienced more than a lesser man’s entire body.”

“His blood smells like cologne.”

“He lives vicariously through himself.”

“His Charm is so contagious, vaccines have been created for it.”

“He is the only man to ace a Rorschach test.”

“Even his enemies list him as their emergency contact number.”

A really clever beer campaign. Watch them all!

As Slate points out - You’ve gotta love the visuals. Look at the first one for example. He’s some sort of Jai alai (?!) champion, he’s creeping into a cave with a bunch of ladies with evening gowns, a military man and a guy with a fez. I want to know the back-story to that! I would totally watch a TV show based on this guy. And Jai alai? The most interesting man in the world indeed.

This is a brilliant campaign. I know its a basically a variation on the old drink-this-beer-and-get-hot-chicks ad campaign, but it works. I now want to try Dos Equis, and I don’t even like beer. The narrator from FRONTLINE is a nice touch too.

While you are at it, watch these shorter 15 second advice versions:

Thanks to the South China Morning Post, Hong Kong’s English daily, and one of my favorite newspapers, here is a Hong Kong movie quiz.
I bet Dane gets 10 out of 10! What say you Dane?

Virtually unknown in the English world, (though quite beloved in the French) Combat Mecha Xabungle is a rather interesting Mecha Anime hailing from 1982. Some of you might recognize Xabungle from the Super Robot Wars series. It’s currently being subbed by AXSUS. Do check it out, it’s worth a look!

They are hosting the episodes on Megaturdupload but there’s a batch torrent for the first 10 episodes, desperately needing some seeders. Help sustain the retro-anime love!

Grab the torrent, here.

I don’t because I’m now the proud father of a beautiful baby girl. But for those of you who are missing my sexy, black husky voice; here’s some videos that never cease to make me laugh:

A victory hug gone wrong:

TV Host Fail:

Despite being hilarious, the joke is on failblog fans; this is a skit from the hilarious New Zealand TV Show “Pulp Sport”. It’s a hilarious show, and that’s coming from someone who loathes sport.
